减压蒸馏装置中毛细管部分的改进

摘    要:对减压蒸馏的毛细管部分进行了改进,改用细长的针头、注射器及橡胶塞等来做成减压蒸馏用的毛细管,克服了玻璃毛细管准备费时、长短固定后就无法调节、使用过程中容易折断等缺点,减压蒸馏的效果与使用玻璃毛细管一样。

Abstract:Aiming at the defects in the traditional glass capillary inlet of vacuum distillation unit, an improved capillary inlet is designed by using a thin and long stainless needle, plastic syringe and rubber stopper. The practice proves that compared to the traditional capillary inlet, the new capillary inlet which is durable, easy to get ready and adjust the length, simple operation etc, and the value of application.
