论师范生实践能力的培养

摘    要:实践能力是师范生的核心素质,我国师范教育有史以来就重视师范生实践能力的培养。师范生实践能力的重要性主要是由其工作对象的特殊性,教师成长的复杂性及基础教育发展的需要决定的。当前,我国师范教育在实践能力培养显得薄弱,主要是人才培养方案设计不够科学,课程设置与教学形式实践性不强,管理体制不完善等原因所致。如何提高师范生实践能力?我们认为除了创新人才培养方案外,还要推进课程教学一体化,培育浓郁的校园文化。

Abstract:Practical abilities are the core quality for normal education students. In China, practical abilities have been paid close attention to for a long time. The importance of the practical abilities is decided by the particularity of their working objects, the complexity of teachers' growing and the developing demand for basic education. Recently, the reasons why we are weak at cultivating practical abilities in normal education are, the cultivating plan isn' t scientific enough, the curricula and teaching type is not practical enough, and the management mechanism is not sound enough. How can we enhance the practical abilities of them? We should creatively revise talents cultivating plan, carry out the integration of curriculum and instruction, and nurture rich campus culture.
