摘    要:从采煤机工作机构载荷的特点出发,在提高滚筒寿命和硬煤截割能力方面,指出重型螺旋滚筒特有的作用,即耐磨损能力,并揭示飞轮效应在采煤机工作机构上的应用机理.通过建立滚筒运动的动能与势能转换关系模型,提出了螺旋滚筒上产生附加惯性扭矩和附加动态截割强度概念,确立了滚筒的运动波动量与转动惯量的关系,为减小采煤机工作时的振动、设计合理的滚筒提供了必要的理论依据.
