| 摘 要： | 采用多元统计分析中的因子分析法，从循环经济的视角对全国31个省市自治区的城市化水平进行综合评价可见，改革开放以来我国的城市化发展取得了显著成就，但也存在着各种“城市病”，城市化的任务仍然非常艰巨。促进我国城市化健康发展应当加大政策调整力度，提高区域开放度；注重科学规划，加强监督管理；调整产业结构，发展低碳产业。

| Abstract: | This paper used the factor analysis method of multivariate statistical analysis, from the angle of circular economy on the urbanization level of 31 provinces and autonomous regions, to work on the integrated assessment. Finally, it was found out that development of urbanization in China had made remarkable achievements since the reform and opening up, but there also existed a variety of ＂urban diseases＂. Therefore, the task of China＇s urbanization is still very arduous. Promoting the healthy development of urbanization in China should step up policy adjustment, enhance regional openness; focus on scientific planning, strengthen supervision and management; adjust the industrial structure, and develop low carbon industries. |
