| 摘 要： | 我国A股市场常常出现对垃圾股的极度投机现象,造成了垃圾股股价的暴涨暴跌,其形成原因是多方面的。根治A股市场垃圾股暴涨暴跌问题,应该完善退市和监管制度,规范信息披露制度,打击内幕交易行为,提高重组门槛与健全三板市场,推进多层次的资本市场建设。

| Abstract: | In A-Share stock market,we can frequently see the phenomenon of extreme venture about investment in trash stocks,resulting in their sharp rises and falls,for which the reasons are varied.Ultimate channel of removing this phenomenon should first consummate institutions of quitting and monitoring,mark out information disclosure system,forbid insider trading.Besides,it is of great necessity to improve standards of recombination,ensure a healthier 3-rd Board stock market,and promote the development of a multilevel system for capital markets. |
