摘    要:提出了一种可运用于W波段大功率行波管的两段式正弦波导电磁系统,设计了集中衰减器和输入输出结构,运用粒子模拟的方法研究了带状电子注与慢电磁波在该系统中的互作用结果.研究结果显示,该行波管能够在90-98GHz的频率范围内均获得1kW以上的峰值功率输出.这对宽带大功率毫米波辐射源的开发具有重要科学意义.

Abstract:A two-section sine waveguide electromagnetic system is proposed for W-band high power traveling wave tube. An attenuator and an input or output structure is designed, respectively. Using particle-in-cell method, the interaction results between sheet electron beam and slow wave in this system are studied. The investigation results show that, this traveling wave tube can be applied to produce l kW peak power output ranging from 90 to 98 GHz. It, therefore, will favor the development of wideband high power millimeter-wave radiation source.
