摘    要:在择业就业过程中,毕业生的个人价值观、职业倾向、工资期望、地区期望、家长意愿、社会认同度以及学生性别、学习成绩、学院和用人单位态度、地区对技能人才的需求量都作为影响学生就业期望心理定位的重要因素,对学生的就业过程将会产生巨大影响。本文通过对2004 年高职毕业班学生调查数据的研究,探讨高职学生就业心理定位的诸多因素对学生就业的影响,并得出结论提出建议。

Abstract:During procedure of choice for occupation, the following elements will affect psychological self-positioning in job-hunting, such as individual value view of life, tendency of occupation, remuneration of expectation, regional allocation of desire, expectation of parents, social acceptance, sex discrimination, scores, attitude of college and employee, etc. The article describes the effect of the above elements on job-hunting and makes conclusion to offer suggestion by collecting and analyzing data from our college 2004 graduates.
