熔模铸造型壳性能的改进及分析

摘    要:高强度水玻璃型壳工艺与填砂式普通型壳工艺相比有许多优点。少层薄壁高强度水玻璃型壳中加入铝矾土、采用高粉液比涂料和面层型壳硬化前的干燥等工艺措施可有效提高型壳的高温强度和热稳定性,改善铸件表面质量,提高铸件表面精度。

Abstract:Compared with the common sand-filling shell process, the high-stre ngth sodium silicate shell process has many advantages. Adding the bauxite into the high-strength sodium silicate shell with thin wall and less layers and adop ting the coating mixture with high powder-liquid ratio and the drying process b efore the hardening of the surface shell and other processes can increase effect ively the high-temperature strength and thermal stability, improve the cast par ts' surface quality, and increase the cast parts' precision.
