| 摘 要： | 提出了激光立体造型系统的设计思想及技术路线，介绍了基于ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ技术开发的软件功能，分析了振镜扫描器的控制技术，对由非线性几何特性产生的振镜枕形失真进行了软件校正。研究结果表明，激光立体造型技术有很好的实用价值和推广前景。

| Abstract: | The design idea and technique plan of laser sterolithography system are presented, and the functions of software developed based on CAD/CAM technique are also introduced. The control technique of galvanometer scanners is analysed. In order to correct pincushion distortion caused by geometry of nonlinear of galvanometer scanners, the special program is used. Good prosperity will be shown in the product industry through the research. |
