静电除尘器离子风研究

摘    要:在静电除尘器中,电晕线产生的离子风增加了除尘器驱进速度,对提高除尘器的除尘效率有重要作用.本实验对实验条件进行简化,在除尘器空载情况下,采用在收尘极分区布点的方法,改变设计参数,测量收尘极板上的速度分布,并对实验结果进行分析.

Abstract:Ionic wind deduced from corona discharge in wire-to-plate type electrostatic precipitator(ESP) enhanced particle migration velocity and had great influence on collection efficiency.Velocity distribution and its principle of ionic wind on different positions of collection electrode of wire-to-plate type ESP were measured and analysed in this study.The method of subarea and point distribution on collection electrode was used in the situation of ESP with no gas inlet in laboratory and made analysis on the experiment results.
