信用制度建设与中小企业融资问题研究

目前资金已成为中小企业经营所面临的重要问题,靠自身积累来获得足够的资金十分困难,必须通过外部融资才能满足。中小企业融资难既有企业治理结构方面的原因,也有金融制度体系方面的原因,还有社会经济环境方面的原因。文章运用博弈论、信息不对称等理论构造了中小企业外源融资与银行的博弈模型,探索了信用体系是否完善关系着中小企业能否获得所需的充足资金。

Credit System Construction and Funds-raising Problem of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Funds-raising problem is one of the most siganificant problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises.There are several factors that cause this problem,such as enterprise governance structure,financial system and social economic environment.This paper applies game theory and information asymmetry theory to establish a game model of small and medium-sized enterprises＇ funds-raising and bank and illustrates that the credit system has a direct relationship with the funds-raising of small and medium-sized enterprises.
