下颌角骨折线上的阻生智齿的不同处理方式对下颌角骨折复位术后的影响

目的通过对下颌角骨折线上的阻生智齿的不同处理方式来了解其对下颌角骨折复位术后的影响，从而对骨折线上的阻生智齿的去留形成一定的认识。方法分析我科室从2001年3月至2007年5月间收治的67例含有阻生智齿的下颌角骨折病例，分别统计出拔除阻生智齿及保留阻生智齿的治疗效果，从而对其作出评价。结果67颗阻生智齿中，拔除38颗，其中术后感染4例，咬合关系欠佳3例，无1例出现神经损伤及钛板断裂取出。保留29颗，其中感染3例，咬合关系欠佳2例，无1例出现神经损伤及钛板断裂取出。两种方式的治疗效果经）（2检验无显著差异性。结论骨折线上的阻生智齿是否拔除并不会明显影响到骨折复位术后的效果，在条件许可的情况下拔除阻生智齿更有意义。

The postreduction influence of different treatments of impacted wisdom tooth at mandibular angle fracture line

Objective:To observe the postreduction influence of different reatments of impacted wisdom tooth at mandibular angle fracture line.Methods:From Jan 2001 to May 2007,the clinical data of 67 mandibular angle fracture patients whose impacted wisdom tooth at mandibular angle fracture line in our department were retrospective analyzed.Results: 38 patients were extracted impacted wisdom tooth,among them,4 pa-tients infected and 3 had unfavourable occlusal relation after surgery.29 patients keep impacted wisdom tooth,among them,3 infected and 2 had unfavourable occlusal relation after surgery.No patient occured nerve injury or titanium plate fractured.There was no significant difference between the two groups was observed.Conclusion: There is no postreduction influence of extracting or keeping the impacted wisdom tooth at mandibular angle fracture line.
