脉动调节式可变喷嘴涡轮特性计算

摘    要:为了更有效地利用发动机排气脉冲波的能量,提出了一种新型脉动调节式可变喷嘴涡轮(VNT).以JK90S可变喷嘴涡轮为研究对象,利用叶轮机械CFD软件NUMECA,对常规VNT和脉动调节式VNT进行了数值计算研究.计算结果表明,与常规VNT相比,脉动调节式VNT在脉冲波能量利用方面具有明显优势,在相同的工况条件下,脉动调节式VNT的实际功率和膨胀比与常规VNT相比分别增加了36.8%和24.8%.

Abstract:A new pulse control variable nozzle turbine(VNT) is presented to utilize the exhaust energy more effectively.A commercial computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software NUMECA is used to carry out the study for the conventional VNT and pulse control VNT based on JK90S turbine.The computational results show that pulse control VNT can increase turbine power and expansion ratio by 36.8% and 24.8% respectively,which verify that it can make better use of engine exhaust energy than a conventional VNT.
