| 摘 要： | 本文从快原子轰击质谱(FABMS)的产生及工作原理方面详细地讨论了FABMS的电离机理及底物和添加剂在FABMS中的作用。结合实例对FABMS在串联质谱中的应用、流动FABMS及液相色谱与FABMS的联用等最新进展进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this article, the basic principle of Fast Atom Bombardment Mass Spcctrometry (FABMS) is briefly described. The effecting of matrix and additives using in FABMS and the ionization mechanism of FABMS is also discussed. The development and application of FABMS in TMS, HPLC is reviewed together with a new technique of fluid FABMS and some applied example. |
