摘    要:采用普通机械搅拌熔铸法和逆向熔铸法(先熔中间合金后加基体材料)对原位反应合成法(即XD法)制备TiC/2618复合材料的工艺过程进行了研究.结果表明:逆向熔铸法可增加中间合金的可熔性,有效减少了熔铸过程中TiC粒子的损失,制得较为理想的复合材料.图4,参4

Abstract:In this paper, the mainly study has been done on the technical prccers of TiC/2618 composite prepared by the XD method with the general melting cast and the reverse melting cast (first melt the middle alloy and then add the matrix materials). Results show that the reverse melting cast can add the solubility of the middle alloy and effectivley minus the loss of TiC in the melting cast process and get the ideal Composite. 4figs., 4refs.
