摘    要:设计了一种应用于数控机床的可重配置微小型刀库控制系统.通过在机床控制器和自主式刀库控制器之间建立信号交互、传送控制和反馈信息,实现模块扩展,完成了可重配置的刀库控制系统设计方案,包括软硬件方案及外围的辅助系统,使刀库在不同的数控机床上可以任意配置.由于刀库系统具有独立的控制器,使得刀库控制中的一些高级功能十分容易实现,扩展了对刀库的控制能力.

Abstract:A new reconfigurable microminiature tool storage control system is designed and applied on reconfigurable microminiature numerical control machine tools.Control and feedback signals are interchanged between machine tool controller and an independent tool storage controller,and the module extend is completed.The scheme of this reconfigurable tool storage control system,including hardware,software and peripheral accessorial system is introduced.Based on the new scheme,new tool storage can be configured on various numerical control machine tools.On account of the possession of independent controller,some advanced control function of the tool storage can be achieved and the control capability of tool storage is preferably extended.
