摘    要:以优化产品的制造工艺过程、保证产品的制造质量、制造周期为目标的虚拟加工技术通过对以真实加工条件为依据的加工过程进行实时动态模拟,检验产品的可制造性、加工方法和工艺的合理性.针对由两个回转运动构成的新型多功能车铣复合数控机床,应用AutoCAD二次开发工具ObjectARX,根据机床切削加工的数学模型、插补算法及运动控制原理,研究开发了的加工仿真软件系统,实现了AutoCAD造型与CNC仿真的有机结合,完成高效NC代码驱动的实时加工过程仿真.

Abstract:Aiming at optimizing manufacturing process, guaranteeing quality and manufacturing cycle, virtual manufacturing technology imitated the real-time dynamic machining process according to actual cutting conditions, which could realize producibility, manufacturing method and reasonability of process. Based on the mathematic model, interpolating algorithm and motion control method, the simulation software of machining process for multiple-function milling-turning complicated NC machine tools with two rotatory motions was studied and developed, which was achieved using Visual C as developing tool and AutoCAD as simulating platform. The simulation system realized the integration of prototyping in AutoCAD and simulating of CNC effectively, so the real-time virtual machining process driven by NC code was completed. Finally the machining process example was given to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency.
