| 摘 要： | 新公共服务理论是基于对新公共管理理论的反思而建立的一种新的公共行政理论。新公共服务理论以民主公民权理论、社区与公民社会理论、组织人本主义和新公共行政、后现代公共行政为理论基础,提出了七个主要核心观点。在新公共服务理论的视域中审视我国市级政府网站建设,具有重要意义。
