| 摘 要： | 在系统梳理相关文献的基础上,从跨国公司、东道国企业及政府三个视角归纳和提炼了FDI技术溢出的主要影响因素,设计了三方共同作用下的FDI技术溢出研究框架,并构建了FDI技术溢出模型,以供国内学者开展FDI技术溢出相关研究参考。

| Abstract: | This paper systematically reviews relevant literature,and then the main factors are summarized and refined from three perspectives,including multinational corporations,domestic firms and host government.The research framework and model for technology spillovers of FDI are designed.It can offer reference to relevant study for scholars. |
