外圆磨削表面轮廓的分形行为研究

摘    要:运用实验方法研究了外圆磨削表面的分形特征,实验结果表明,随表面粗糙度评定参数Ra呈单调递减关系;随加工工件的转速呈单调递减关系;分形维数随磨削深度呈单调递减关系.

Abstract:The fractal feature of the surface in cylindical grinding is studied experimentally. Experimental results show that the fractal dimension is a monotonically decreasing function of the evaluation parameter Ra for surface roughness, the rotating speed of the workpiece machined and the grinding depth.
