摘    要:采用超声萃取-气相色谱法测定食品包装保鲜袋材料中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,对样品前处理和色谱分离条件进行了研究和优化.结果表明:选用15 m×0.25 mm×0.33μm XC-1石英毛细管柱,甲苯溶剂超声萃取效果较好.最佳超声萃取条件为:甲苯为溶剂,超声时间为30 min,超声功率为180 W.方法的平均回收率为96.05%~105.1%,RSD为0.370 0%~5.750%(n=3),检测限为0.100 0~100.0 mg/L.方法简便、快速、灵敏.

Abstract:A method was established for the determination of phthalate plasticizers in packaging materials by ultrasonic extraction-capillary gas chromatography. The pre-treatment method of the samples and the chromatographic conditions for the analysis were critically examined. The best results were obtained using XC-1 silica capillary column (15 m 0.25 mm 0.33 m) and toluene as extraction solvent. The optimal extraction conditions were with toluene for 30 min with 180 W ultrasonic treatment. The recovery rates were between 96.05% and 105.1% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 3700% to 5.750% (n=3). The detection limit ranged from 0.1000 to 100.0 mgL-1. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and is particularly suitable for the monitoring of phthalate plasticizers in production enterprises.
