小波变换和高斯拟合在多组分曲线解析中的应用

摘    要:应用小波变换对多组分光谱图进行降噪处理,然后运用高斯拟合方法处理光谱图,能够得到各组分光谱图的高斯拟合公式,为了定量分析,调整高斯拟合公式峰位置,重新应用高斯拟合各组分的光谱图,使得各组分光谱图分开,并运用Matlab单独计算各光谱图的面积.结果显示,重新拟合以后各峰面积之和与拟合之前面积相等,可以作为定量分析的依据.

Application of wavelet transformation and Gaussian fitting in resolution of Multi-component overlapping spectra analyzing

Abstract:The wavelet transform was applied to reduce noise of the multi-composition overlapped spectra and then Gaussian fitting method was used to deal with the overlapped spectra,and various components of the spectra and the Gaussian fitting formula were obtained.For quantitative analysis,Gaussian fitting was used to separate the overlapped spectra,and the area of each spectra with matlab was calculated.The results showed that,the peak area is equal before and after of gaussian fitting,so it can be used as basis of quantitative analysis.
