| 摘 要： | 房价是反映国民经济发展水平的一个重要指标,其上涨的比例应当与国民经济的发展水平相适应,一旦其远远高于后者,势必出现泡沫成分,不利于国民经济的健康发展和可持续发展.通过仔细分析其虚高原因,探索抑制其飙升的途径,以期为相关决策者提供参考.

| Abstract: | The house price is an important index of the reflection of the national economic development level.Its rising proportion shall adapt to the development of national economy level.Once it is far higher than the latter,certainly bubbles will appear which is harmful to the healthy and sustainable development of the national economy.The causes of soaring house prices were analyzed in detail,and the measures to inhibit high prices were explored,which provide some references to the related decision makers. |
