| 摘 要： | 主要从塑料模具的设计工艺和加工路线出发,阐述塑料模具的制造首先要在Cima-tron E软件的CAD下进行产品的三维造型,然后进行分模;再在CAM下制定加工路线,输入加工参数,生成刀路轨迹,进行仿真加工;再对程序进行优化后置处理成NC代码,并输送到数控机床进行加工.

| Abstract: | Starting with the design technology and processing route of the plastic mold,it was illustrated that at first the manufacturing of plastic mold should be under the three-dimensional modeling of Cimatron E of CAD software and the 3-D parting is carried;then the processing route is formulated in CAM and the processing parameters is input;and the knife road trajectory is generated and the simulation processing is carried out.The procedure is optimization post processing into NC code and is conveyed to the NC machine tools for machining. |
