摘    要:综述表面富立方相梯度硬质合金的制备工艺及影响因素,重点讨论合金成分、处理温度和氮气压力对合金表面氮势和微观结构的影响.实验表明,提高Ti含量和增加氮气压力,有利于表面梯度层形成;处理温度应根据合金成分来具体确定.

Abstract:The process and effect on graded hardmetals with cubic rich surface was reviewed.The effect of composition,temperature and nitrogen presser on the surface nitrogen potential and microstructure was discussed with emphasis.Increasing Ti content and nitrogen pressure was conducive to the formation of graded surface.The temperature should be determined from composition of the alloys.
