员工流动损益的计量研究

摘    要:随着企业间人才的竞争日益激烈,员工流动的现象也愈演愈烈。适当的人才流动对人力资源配置的科学化、合理化有着一定的积极意义,但过高的流动率也会给企业带来巨大损失。笔者从成本-收益的角度出发,在已有的员工流动成本模型基础上,构建了全新的员工流动损益模型,并提供了隐性成本/收益的有效计量方法,让人们对于员工流动有更客观、更全面的认识,有利于企业正确的评价员工流动对企业的影响,帮助企业提高人力资源的管理水平。

Abstract:As the competition for the talents among enterprises is getting moreand more intensive,the phenomenon of employee turnover is becoming also more seriously.Though employee turnover is beneficial to optimizing human resource, too much frequent employee turnover can do harm to businesses.Based on the analysis of the existing cost models and the cost-benefit of employee turnover,this paper constructs a new model to assessing employee turnover profit and loss.So, managers can understand the phenomenon of employee turnover more objectively,and evaluate the effect correctly to enhance the level of human resource management.
