| 摘 要： | 研究以二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG-220)等为主要原料,采用预聚体法合成无溶剂型水性聚氨酯树脂,与DMPA基合成的WPU进行了对比.探讨R值、扩链剂种类、扩链剂用量对PU乳液、涂膜性能的影响并对合成工艺进行了研究,且对产品进行DSC热力学分析和红外谱图的表征,胶膜的ATR红外光谱表现为水性聚氨酯典型的红外特征.

| Abstract: | In this paper,non-solvent aqueous polyurethane was synthesized mainly with h isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polyoxypropylene propylene-glycol ether(PPG-220),dimethylolbutyric acid(DMBA) by means of prepolymer method and have been compared with WPU based on DMPA.The effects of R value,the sort、contents of chain extendes and synthesis crafts were studied.Thermal properties of the samples were measured using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and analysis of FTIR,the ATR showed typical IR spectrum of WPU. |
