在对沈阳市城区地下水资源进行调研的基础上，收集该地区的水文、地质、气候等条件和该地区降水量、蒸发量等影响地下水位的重要因子，利用神经网络建立地下水位与各影响因子间的非线性关系模型，对其地下水进行动态模拟分析及预测，为沈阳市地下水资源的科学管理和规划提供相关参考。
