| 摘 要： | 加入WTO必将对中国财政产生广泛而深远的影响。为充分利用入世对我国财政的积极影响，我国财政部门应改变财政支持经济发展方式，对财政补贴政策进行调整，根据WTO有关涉税原则改革我国关税，调整和完善出口退税政策，加快社会保障制度建设。尽快转变财政职能，构建完善的财政法律体系框架。

| Abstract: | WTO entry will certainly produce wide and deep influence on Chinese finance in order to make full use of the active influence of WTO entry on our co untry's finance, our country's financial departments should variate the developi ng mode of finance supported economy, make adjustment of the financial subsidy p olicy, reform our country's tariff based on related WTO principles, adjust and p erfect the export rebates policy, speed up the construction of social security s ystem, transform the financial function as soon as possible, and set up a perfec t frame of financial legal system. |
