企业核心能力评判与竞争力评价辨析

企业核心能力与企业综合竞争能力是两个不同的概念，对二者进行评判、识别和诊断的方法也不尽相同，但现有关于企业核心能力评判的研究，普遍借用了企业综合竞争力评价的方法和体系，从而使研究的结论过于宽泛，可操作性不强。本文从企业核心能力与企业竞争力的内涵差别出发，辨析了二者研究的差弄，指出了企业核心能力评判研究的特点、方法及其现实意义。

The Distinction and Analysis Between the Measurement of Enterprise's Core Competence and That of Comprehensive Competence

Because of the different connotation between an enterprise's core competence and an enterprise's comprehensive competence, the method of discerning an enterprise's core competence is different from that of valuating an enterprise's comprehensive competence. With the consideration of the limitation in existing study of an enterprise's core competence, which uses the methodology of the comprehensive evaluation system for enterprise's competence, the conclusion of existing study is short of performance and practice. Based on the nature of an enterprise's core competence and an enterprise's comprehensive competence, this paper distinguishes and analyses the difference of research system between the two issue, puts forward the characteristics, method and realistic meaning of the measuring study of an enterprise's core competence.
