抗战时期宪政运动研究述评

近年来,关于抗战时期宪政运动的研究取得了一定成果,有许多相关的论文和专著不断发表。学界研究比较集中的主要有以下几个问题:(一)对宪政运动进行的整体考察;(二)对国民党与宪政运动关系的考察;(三)对中共与宪政运动关系的考察;(四)对中间党派与宪政运动关系的考察;(五)个别重要人物与宪政运动关系的考察。学界在某些问题上存在争议,如关于胡适、孙科和曾琦的宪政思想方面都有争议。学界发展趋向上有如下特点,一是研究问题的范围比较广泛;二是研究方向不太均衡;三是许多资料没有得到充分运用。

Review on the research of constitutionalism movement in the period of Anti-Japanese War

Recently,certain achievements on the research of the constitutionalism movement in the period of Anti-Japanese War have been made and relevant scientific and academic papers been published constantly.Mainly they focus on the respects such as the overall research on the constitutionalism movement,the relation between the Kuomintang and constitutionalism movement,the relation between the CCPC and constitutionalism movement,the relation between the middle party groupings and constitutionalism movement,the relation between some VIP and constitutionalism movement.Besides,some academic disputes have also been brought about and the characteristics of the developing trend been put forward that the range of study is more extensive,the study tenor is imbalance and materials are not fully used.
