| 摘 要： | 研制了DCPLASMAJETCVD金刚石膜沉积设备电源的稳流控制电路。该电路利用负反馈原理,通过SG3524调节输出脉冲的占空比,推动IGBT,为磁饱和电抗器提供控制电流,达到电源稳定输出电流的目的。

| Abstract: | The constant-current control system for the power supply of DC PLASMA JET CVD diamond film is developed. The circuit is based on the negative feedback theory. The SG3524 changes the occupancy ratio of the outputs pulses, and makes the IGBT supply the control current for the magnetic-saturation reactor. By using the circuit, the current of the power supply is constant. |
