液相还原法可控高产率单晶铜纳米线制备方法

摘    要:通过精减工艺参数,优化工艺流程,对液相还原法制备铜纳米线的工艺进行改进,制备出各种不同长度和直径的铜纳米线。实验结果表明,所制备的铜纳米线为单晶结构,其表面光滑,径向粗细、长度和直径比较均匀,产率可达95%以上。

Abstract:An aqueous reduction method to produce copper nanowires with different lengths and diameters is improved by reducing technological parameter and optimizing technological process.The experimental results indicate that the obtained copper-nanowires are single crystal with smooth surface,uniform draw ratio,even diameter and length,and productivity is more than 95%.
