基于ProE的四铰链曲柄滑块机构运动分析

摘    要:四铰链曲柄滑块机构常出现在复杂的传动机构中。在设计该机构时,需要计算曲柄与滑块的运动关系。如果利用手工计算,在求解曲柄在给定转速下滑块的运动速度、加速度、位移等参数时,计算分析过程较为复杂,每次计算分析只能求出曲柄在特定位置下滑块的运动参数,难以求出滑块运动参数随时间变化的函数关系。本文利用Pro/ENGINEER的运动学仿真功能,简明直观地分析出曲柄滑块机构的运动学参数,并能通过图表分析出滑块的速度和加速度随时间的变化关系,为该机构的设计仿真提供简单可行的方法。

Abstract:Four hinge slider-crank mechanism often appears in complex transmission mechanism.When designing,the kinematic relationship of the crank and the slider need to be calculated.The manual calculation process is relatively complex for solving the kinematic parameters of the slider such as velocity,acceleration and displacement in a given speed of the crank,and each calculation analysis only can calculate the kinematic parameters of the slider at a specific location of the crank.Therefore it is difficult to find out the function relationship between the speed and acceleration of the slider and the moving time.Based on Pro/ENGINEER kinematics simulation function,this paper briefly and intuitively analyzes the kinematics parameters of the slider-crank mechanism,and the function relationships between the speed and the acceleration of slider and the time through charts so as to provide a simple and feasible method for the design and simulation of the mechanism.
