| 摘 要： | 从高粱黑粉菌中提取出水提水溶多糖B1和碱提水溶多糖B2 ,经分析及测定 2种多糖均为纯多糖 .用P .C ,IR ,13 C -NMR等方法对其理化性质进行测定 ,结果表明 2种多糖均由甘露糖组成 .

| Abstract: | The water extractive water soluble polysaccharide B 1 and the alkali extractive water soluble polysaccharide B 2 were extracted from ustilaginaceae.Through separted and determined shows all two polysaccharide were pure polysaccharide.And determined there′s innate laws of things quality and chemical quality.Example:adopt P.C,IR, 13 C-NMR ect.The result make clear the two polysaccharide both connect with α -man. |
