| 摘 要： | 国家“校校通工程”的实施，使我国大多数中小学拥有了网络互联的硬件环境，网络资源建设、资源管理、资源有效利用是“校校通工程”永远面对的一个课题。本文主要以多媒体信息在网页中的呈现特点与数据库建设的内在联系为出发点，论述了网络环境下多媒体数据库建设与管理的具体方法。

| Abstract: | Because the project of communication between school and school was carried out, majority middle or primary schools have more hardware for network.But there have been prablems,such as how to construct resources, how to manage these resources,and how to use these resources effectively.In this paper,according to the character of multi-media information on web and the inner contact of database construction,the specific method of multi-media's construction and management on web is discussed. |
