多目标配料模型及其应用

本文结合多品种、多指标合金配料方案的选择问题,建立了多目标配料优化模型,并且提出了利用求解一般线性规划问题的单纯形法来求解多目标配料模型的一种简单算法,实例运算结果表明,多目标配料模型考虑因素全面,能保证产品质量,从而更有效地降低生产成本,提高企业的经济效益。

Multi-Objective Alloying Ingredient Model and Its Application

In respect that it is frequently necessary to make an option from various alloying ingredients for a variety of products with multi-objective requirement, an optimum model for multi-objective alloying ingredients is established. An advantage is thus gained that with this model the calculation may be simplified by use of a simplicial method as a common practice employed to solve the linear programming. An instance using this model shows that such an optimum model can provide an over-all consideration including all the major influencing factors in practice to guarantee the quality of products, thus effectively lowering the cost and making profit for the enterprise.
