摘 要: | 一、化学性质 吊裙草碱(Retusine)是从吊裙草(Crotalaria retusa L.)中分离出的一种生物碱,属双稠呲咯啶类化合物。其分子式为:C_(16)H_(25)O_5N,分子量311,熔点158—159℃。化学结构式如图1所示:

Abstract: | The crystal structure of Retusine (C_(15)H_(25)O_5N) has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystals are orthorhombic, P2_12_12_1, with a=12.781, b=12.619, c=10.269 A, Z=4, Dobs.=1.239cm~(-3). The structure was solved by the direct method used in GC program system proposed by the author. R index has been reduced from 0.34 to D.127 for 1837 reflections by the least-square refinement procedure. Further rescarch is still in progress. |
