针对现代企业中组织能力构建和信息技术(IT)商业价值相契合的趋势,以能力观点为基础,提出IT商业价值生成过程诊断体系与方法。根据IT商业价值生成路径,从技术能力、流程能力、动态能力和企业竞争力4个层次构建了IT商业价值生成过程诊断指标体系。在此基础上,可拓方法被用来判断客观指标的状态,粗糙集被用来识别影响用户满意度的关键因素,并且给出一个算例来进行检验。算例表明,提出的诊断体系与方法能够识别IT商业价值生成过程中的薄弱环节和确定改进方向。IT商业价值生成过程诊断为企业信息化管理提供了新的框架和方法,有助于提高企业信息化绩效。
