当下中国高考作弊问题的对策探询

与考试伴生的考试作弊现象已经损害了当下中国高考功能的正常发挥，破坏了教育公平的理想诉求，威胁了社会正义的终极彰显。对此，我们从个人诚信、法律制度和社会控制三个层面对症下药，在个人诚信层面实施学生“诚信档案”管理；在法律制度层面出台《考试法》，推行教师“异地监考”制度，消解高考制度“唯升学率至尊”的价值取向；在社会控制层面加强技术监督，变革考试观念。以此保障教育公平、捍卫社会正义。
