| 摘 要： | 大学生的就业面临越来越激烈的竞争和挑战,高校贫困生的就业压力更不容忽视,做好大学生特别是贫困生的就业工作是构建社会主义和谐社会的就业基础。从高校贫困生的现状和成因出发,对贫困生就业进行SWOT分析,可从中掌握有效信息,从而为贫困生的就业提供必要的帮助。

| Abstract: | The employment of the college students faces more and more intensive competition and challenge,and especially the pressure of the impoverished college students' employment should not be neglected.Proper handling of the employment obtaining of college students,especially impoverished college students,becomes the foundation of constructing a socialist harmonious society.This paper deals with the SWOT analysis,on the basis of the status quo and causes of impoverished college students,of the em-ployment obtaining of those students,and puts forth some relevant countermeasures about how to improve impoverished college students'employment obtaining. |
