| 摘 要： | 近几十年来,生命科学出现了一个重要的新方向--"种内适应性差异的比较研究". 它主要发端于生活史进化生态学、行为对策生态学、逆境与协迫生物学、表型可塑性研究和进化病理生理学.这一研究方向的性质是"微观生理学水平上的进化还原研究",简称为"新适应主义"或"生理达尔文主义". 它的发展正在成功地将达尔文范式引入到广大的微观生理科学的领地中,它对生物的表型和微观生理过程的重视及其新理论的发展正在为当代生命科学许多疑难领域的实验研究提供了全新的分析工具,并将会对神经科学、医学生理学、发育生物学等领域的研究产生深远的影响.
