| 摘 要： | 近年来,公共危机呈现出多元性、高频率、全球性等新的特征,使政府危机管理面临前所未有的新境况。造成这种境况主要有社会转型、科技发展、全球化、政府危机管理体系等方面的原因。因此必须有针对性地构建应对这种新境况的策略机制,进而提高我国政府危机管理的水平与实效。

| Abstract: | In recent years,public crisis has shown the new features of diversity,high-frequency and globality,which makes the government crisis management of China face an unprecedented new situation.The main reasons are social transformation,science and technology development,globalization,crisis management system and so on.So,we must build a new strategy mechanism to cope with the situation and improve the level and effectiveness of government crisis management in China. |
