| Abstract: | Stearyl polyethyleneglycol(400) phosphate was synthesized by transesterification. Properties of the product were investigated. The synthetic method can have high yield of monoesters. The products exhibit better emulsifying properties than other surfactants. Both mono - and diesters are excellent.emulsifiers with the diesters outstanding in their capacity to form microemulsions. |
