| 摘 要： | 基建项目对投资区域的适宜性，可通过基建项目对布局条件的要求与区域所具备的布局条件之间的一致性水平来测度。为项目选择投资区域或为区域选择开发项目的基本准则是：在布局条件上项目要求程度与区域保证程度之间越一致越好。针对单个区域若干项目、单个项目若干区域、若干项目若干区域等不同类型给出了相应的分析方法。

| Abstract: | The appropriateness of a project to an investment region can be measurecd through the coordination on the distribution of lay out conditions for the requirement of projects and the possession of the region.The prime principle is that the more coordinate between project and location on lay out conditions is the better. The methods of optimization analysis are discussed for several cases about the combinations of projects and regions. |
