摘    要:本文叙述了自动加工过象限圆弧以总步长作为终点判断的必要性。给出了一种简单计算加工总步长的算法。此算法可以减少编程计算工作量,利于提高数控系统的效率,适合于数控系统特别是经济型数控系统应用。

Abstract:The automatic multi-quadrant arc machining by a numerical control system is of great significance. The calculating workload of programming can be reduced and the machining quality improved. One of the most important problems in multi-quadrant arc machining is the calculation of the total stepping length. A simple and efficient algorithm for performing this calculation is given. It is suitable for numerical control systems, especially for that of an economical one.
