小口径圆筒形纬平针织物线圈形态的几何分析

摘    要:小口径圆筒形纬平针织物作为人工气管、血管外支架等医用支架在医疗领域得到了应用,而支架的表面几何形态及其孔隙率是临床使用中考虑的一个重要因素.将小口径圆筒形纬平针织物的一个线圈分为8个部分,对其线圈形态进行分析,给出了线圈横向和纵向变形达到极限时的几何特征,推导了表面孔隙率的计算公式.并针对一个给定的小口径圆筒形纬平针织物进行了计算,得出了各几何参数之间的关系.

Abstract:A small-diameter circular plain knitted fabric has been used in medical stents,such as tracheal stents and external stents. Both geometric form and porosity of the stent are key factors in clinical use. One loop of the small-diameter circular plain knitted fabric was divided into eight parts,and the loop form was analyzed. The geometric characteristics under extreme condition for both latitudinal and longitudinal extension were given. The formula for calculating surface porosity was developed. The relations...
