尼龙6/乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐共混体系的亚微相态与性能

摘    要:采用熔融挤出法制备了PA6/POE和PA6/POEgMAH共混合金,借助于力学试验机、TEM、SEM、Molau实验和毛细管流变仪测定了共混合金的力学性能、亚微相态、冲击断口形貌和流变性能,系统地研究了POEgMAH对PA6的增容增韧作用。结果表明,POE与PA6是不相容体系,经MAH接枝改性后的POE与PA6发生化学反应,生成的POEgPA6共聚物起到了原位增容作用,细化了分散相尺寸,有效地改善了合金的力学性能,PA6/POEgMAH共混合金的缺口冲击强度是PA6的12倍。

Abstract:The blends of PA6 with POE or POE g MAH were prepared by twin screw extruder. Their mechanical properties, morphology and rheological properties were investigated by means of mechanical tester, TEM, SEM and capillary rheometer. The results show that POE and PA6 is an uncompatible system, but the POE g MAH has an obvious in situ compatibilizing and toughening effect on PA6. The POE g PA6 formed through the reaction between the POE g MAH and PA6 during the melt extrusion process fines the size of dispersed phase and improves the impact and tensile strength of blends. The Izod notched impact strength of PA6/POE g MAH blend is about twelve times higher than that of PA6.
