螺旋锚沉锚挤土效应透明土试验研究

摘    要:螺旋锚具有安装方便快捷、承载性能可靠且可重复利用等特点,尤其适用于输电线路塔基基础和光伏板结构的基础等工程中;然而,目前针对软土地基中螺旋锚的沉锚挤土效应的研究仍相对较少。基于卡波姆U10配制的透明黏土材料和粒子图像处理(particle image velocimetry, PIV)技术,开展软土地基中螺旋锚沉锚挤土效应可视化试验研究,分析不同沉锚深度下螺旋锚沉锚挤土效应的范围,并对比常规圆截面锚研究探讨了叶片在沉锚过程中对锚周土体的影响。试验结果表明,螺旋锚周土体的位移在水平方向主要表现为贯入锚体对临近土体的挤压,最大影响范围为5d(d为锚杆直径和圆截面锚直径),比圆截面锚的挤土范围大1d左右;螺旋叶片的存在使得其下部分土体存在"鼻锥区"。

Abstract:Helical screw anchor is very popular as the foundation of transmission towers and photovoltaic stents because of its fast and convenient installation, reliable bearing performance and reusable utilization. However, there is little literature focused on installation effects of screw anchor, especially embedded in soft clay. Based on carbopol U10 and PIV technique, model tests on the installation effects of screw anchor embedded in transparent soft clay were conducted. The range of disturbance and the influence of helical plate on the surrounding soil during penetration was analyzed and discussed. The results show that the soil around screw anchor is mainly compacted during penetration and the maximum range of soil that was influenced in horizontal direction is about 5d, from center of the screw anchor, and this value is bigger than that of circular pile by 1d. The soil under helical plate will generate cone nose-like region.
