摘    要:由于新型污染物在现有污水处理技术下不能达到完全被去除的目的,剩余的少量新型污染物仍会影响污水处理系统中微生物的正常代谢,进一步影响出水水质。针对传统监测手段的局限性和瓶颈,研究对比了在三氯生和双酚A两种新兴污染物作用下脲酶、转化酶与TOC的不同响应,在浓度为4 μg·L-1时,两种污染物均对TOC有一定抑制作用,且对酶的促进作用较小;当双酚A浓度为5 μg·L-1时,转化酶的相对变化率是TOC降解率的13.15倍,脲酶的相对变化率是TOC降解率的20.72倍。三氯生浓度为0.5 μg·L-1时,脲酶的相对变化率是TOC降解率的17.14倍,转化酶的相对变化率是TOC降解率的21.04倍。实验结果表明:生物指标的灵敏度明显高于化学指标。可以利用生物指标对污水的处理效率和出水水质起到早期预警作用。

Abstract:Since emerging organic contaminants cannot be completely removed under the existing sewage treatment technology, the remaining small amount of emerging organic contaminants will still affect the normal metabolism of microorganisms in the sewage treatment system, further affecting the effluent quality. In view of the limitations and bottlenecks of traditional monitoring methods, the different responses of urease, invertase and TOC under the action of two emerging organic contaminants, triclosan and bisphenol A, were compared. At the concentration of 4 μg·L-1, two pollutants both have a certain inhibitory effect on TOC and have little effect on the enzyme. When the concentration of bisphenol A was 5 μg·L-1, the relative change rate of invertase was 13.15 times of the degradation rate of TOC, and the relative change rate of urease was 20.72 times of the degradation rate of TOC. When the concentration of triclosan was 0.5 μg·L-1 the relative change rate of urease was 17.14 times of the degradation rate of TOC, and the relative change rate of invertase was 21.04 times of the degradation rate of TOC. The experimental results show that the sensitivity of biological indicators is significantly higher than that of chemical indicators, so the biological indicators can be used as early warning of sewage treatment efficiency and effluent quality.
